Spiritual & Inspirational Speaker: Pastor Paul Mints
Pastor Paul is the Founding and Lead Pastor of The Community at Lake Ridge (TCAL Church) in Mansfield, Texas. Alongside his family, he planted TCAL in 2006 with just four adults and four children gathered in their living room. Since then, the church has grown into a thriving community of faith, with hundreds of families engaging weekly in worship, discipleship, and mission.
In addition to his role at TCAL, Pastor Paul serves as the South Central Regional Director of Church Planting for the EXCEL Leadership Network, which is planting life-giving churches across the United States and in seven other countries.
He’s been married for 34 years to his high school sweetheart, Shannon. Together, they have two adult children—Chandler (30), who is married to Hannah, and Kayleigh (26)—and are proud grandparents to two amazing boys, Jack and Henry. Pastor Paul is deeply passionate about helping men discover and embrace their true kingdom identity and calling. He has developed a powerful discipleship process that equips and unleashes men into authentic brotherhood and empowers them to fulfill their God-given potential and purpose.
He is also committed to mentoring and developing pastors and business leaders to live with boldness and clarity for maximum kingdom impact. With a heart for the broken, Paul carries a strong calling to help those wounded by the church experience healing, restoration, and a renewed connection to a healthy, loving faith family.
